Southgate names final 26-man group
Gareth Southgate has named his final 26-man squad for UEFA EURO 2024, with the Three Lions set to face Serbia, Denmark and Slovenia in Group B.
The squad includes a number of new faces, including Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham and Manchester City defender Rico Lewis. There are also recalls for goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale and defender Fikayo Tomori.
Southgate said: "I am very pleased with the squad we have selected for EURO 2024. We have a good mix of experience and youth, and I am confident that we can compete with the best teams in Europe."
England will begin their EURO 2024 campaign against Serbia on June 14, before facing Denmark on June 18 and Slovenia on June 22.
The Three Lions will be looking to improve on their performance at the 2020 European Championship, where they reached the final before losing to Italy on penalties.
