If your Amazon package shows as delivered but you are not able to find it, visit Amazon Customer Service.

If the tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, do the following:

• If the tracking info shows as undeliverable, we will process a return and refund.
• If your order consisted of a single item and is not delivered, verify the shipping address in Your Orders.
